Shifts
Know if a shift is worth the alarm.
Paste a job ad: Shifts works out the trip from your place, when to wake up and what you really earn, door to door.
What Shifts does with a job ad

Before you say yes
Estimated net pay, the trip from your place and your wake-up time, read from the ad itself. Anything it doesn’t say stays “not found”.

Your outfit, checked
The dress code, checked against your wardrobe. You see what’s missing before you accept, not the night before.

Your week starts today
The days you’re free, each day’s offers and your confirmed shifts, on one screen.

All your ads in one place
A WhatsApp group message, an agency email, a screenshot: paste it or share it to Shifts.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes, for the whole beta. A low-cost subscription will probably follow: you’ll hear about it first, and it’s your call whether you take it.
Does Shifts apply for me?
No. Shifts drafts a reply and you send it yourself, by WhatsApp, text or email. The app never signs in to any platform on your behalf.
Where do the ads come from?
From you: a WhatsApp group message, an agency email or a screenshot that you paste or share to Shifts. Shifts isn’t affiliated with any agency or platform.
Where does it work?
Sydney first. Trips are worked out on public transport in New South Wales. More cities will follow once their trips are ready.
Do I need an iPhone?
Yes. The beta runs through TestFlight, Apple’s testing app: you get a link, you install, that’s it. There’s no Android app yet.
Is the net pay exact?
It’s an estimate: Shifts takes off 15% tax, the working holiday maker rate. Trip times come from public transport timetables.
What happens to my data?
Your email is only used to invite you. In the app, an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) reads your ads only if you agree, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings. The details are in the privacy policy.
